Collapsible Mainline Packers for 24″ to 144″ Pipes

 

The Collapsible Mainline Packers, for pipe 24″ & up, can be dismantled for introduction through accesses as small as 21” in diameter and easily re-assembled. A soft natural rubber sleeve, covering the two end bladders, secured to the supporting shell, provides a non-stick surface and a superior seal against rough surfaces.

These large diameter grouting packers are equipped with large wheels for easy movement. For better guidance, two extra sets of wheels can be added without modifications.

A sensitive bladder transmits the chamber pressure through a line to which a gauge or a transducer can be installed. The two chemical ports are protected by large non clogging adjustable rubber check-valves. When set to open at a pressure of 20 to 35 P.S.I., they avoid dripping of the chemical grout components.
