The Push Type Test Rig is used, from the cleanout or above ground access, for segmental testing of lateral lines.
The standard test chamber between the two inflatable bladders is 5 feet long. A 3/4″ semi-rigid hose is used as a push rod and to inflate both bladders in one operation. Air for the test chamber is supplied thru a 1/4″ air hose. The 1/4″ air hose can be replaced by a 1/2″ semi-rigid hose to be used as a second push rod & test line.
The Push Type Test Rig can be used in lines 4 to 6 inch in diameter.
